I order the Grandma's Super Lax on a 14-day trial to pay on $3.95 for shipping and I if the product was not canceled within the fourteen days the product would be charge to my card. But, the product was charged to my card after 9 days. The terms stated that I had 14-days, but the company do not honor the terms of their own policy. I have contacted my credit card company concerned this matter. The product was shipped on the 2/21/08 and received on 2/25/08 and charged to my credit card on 2/29/08. We did the rapid tax refund through a tax service. ONLY to find out my wife's ex used thier daughter on HIS taxes ILEGALLY. We had the money so we had to file an admendment and we sent 3 legal proofs that my wife has Primary Physical Custody of thier daughter. I just noticed this charge from Easy Saver and called their number on my credit card statement. I complained and asked how many times did the billing appear. MAKE SURE YOU ASK THAT QUESTION before you ASK FOR A REFUND. I had no problem getting the credit back to my card. I was on the call for about 3 minutes and "WON" BACK 4 x $14.95. This Co. has been charging me $12.95 a month for services I DID NOT sign up for. They say I did. I thought I was getting my "FREE" credit report. So far it has cost me $51.80!!!! When I now try to go to the website it tells me " sorry we cannot process your request at this time". It is an Experian website. My WaMu (Providian) credit card service tells me they will "Try" to stop any future charges but cannot guarntee it and that they will send me forms to dispute the past 60 days charges. We needed to have emergency auto repairs. We did not have funds immediately available to pay for the repair and were offered GE Money Bank credit with 90 days interest free. At first we were told that we had been approved for the "loan" and then they changed their mind and required a cosigner. The account was paid in full within the 90 days with no problems. Like everyone who buys a Land Rover we felt we were purchasing a vehicle that was top of the line. It is a 2003 Land Rover Discovery we purchased fully loaded off the showroom floor. We hired Relocation Van Lines to pack move our belongings out of state. In order to not have any surprise charges, we had a representative from the company come to our home to look at our belongings to provide an accurate estimate for the move. What is the purpose of a grace period? Apparently for Wells Fargo, it means nothing. Every month I go to their website and schedule my auto payment. Each time it is at least 2 days before the grace period ends, but each month I still get collection calls. I don't have an answering machine, but on my caller ID, it showed up that they had called my house 5 times in one day and on the 6th time I was at home to take the call.
