DHL has failed to deliver packages to my house on two occasions. The driver has falsely stated that the package was left on the porch. Neither time did the driver come to my house. On the first occasion the package was delivered to the neighbor's. This second time the package was not delivered to any neighbor and I have the problem of getting the shipper to file a claim. They decided to change all login details due to a security breach, they changed it while I was on holiday. When I came back I could no longer log into my acccount or e-mail accounts. During this time my credit card expirory date had changed. I own a 1998 Volvo S90. I've had the car from 15 miles. It started to use oil and I took it to the Pat Patterson Volvo place several times. Explaining how it was using oil.
