We need a CLASS ACTION against Dish Network. I just had some horrible experience on New Year day of 2008 after receiving my statement of Dish for December 2008. I NO longer wish to order your product for the simple fact i ordered my FREE trial on December 20, 2007 and still have not got it in the mail. This Mcdonalds in the hunts points area is just nasty, you have to wait for more that 20 minutes for your food, i swear im not lying, and the worst part is that they take it easy. I have had a wal-mart credit card for approximately three years. Always paid on time,twice has been paid off. Here's the nightmare!! When, I received the product, read the negative side effects, I decided not to use any of the free samples. I am a subscriber of verizon online dsl service and it sucks. It is the worst internet i have ever had. The reason being is i can barely stay connected for 5-10 minutes and then i losose connection again. Then when i call verizon for help i reach them in india or the Philipinies or something like that. I was given this as a gift, a stocking stuffer, by my grandmother and she does not keep her reciepts so there is no returning it. On first glance, the unit is nice and appears to be well designed. I ordered an air compressor from sears.com for my husband for Christmas. According to sears.com if I ordered by December 15 (which I did) I should expect delivery by December 20. My husband and I booked a cruise (exchange) for a 4 night Disney Cruise. We paid $2600 for 5 of us. Upon receipt of our tickets, we completed the online registration form at Disney online. Original Service Call: 10/13/07 (F70 error code and would not work). The Service Tech thought he was there to fix a washer and said he never had to work on a Duet dryer. I used a $13000 balance transfer from American Express and deposited into my Wells Fargo Credit Line. On 12/20/2007 the funds showed on the Credit Line as "available". I used WF's online system to transfer that money to my WF Checking Account. Again, the funds showed as "available" in that account. Vonage service is not great. You can lose your dial tone and not know it. But you wonder why your phone doesn't ring and then you pick it up to find out you've lost your dial tone. You call Vonage support and you have to use your cell phone for about 45 minutes to an hour. The technician tells you what to do, and you have to unplug, reset, and reboot as many times as they want you to. My dog was boarded at Brea, CA PetsMart for a couple days while I went away with my husband for his birthday. Second day we were gone we received a call about our dog. He was injured during play time, and it was not an emergency. When we went to get him, he could not walk on his hind right leg, the vet says he has torn is meniscus and possibly has a hip fracture.
