I seem to have dificulties getter a hold of American Servicing Co., two weeks ago I called them and they told me that I have an overpayment in my escrow account of $914.00 and when I requested that money back they told me that they could not do that and that they will send me $336.00 of that money. When I asked why they told me that the rest of the money is for my taxed for next year. It is hard enough for me to pay my mortgage now and they are worried about my taxes for next year. I responded to an e-mail offering a sample of phenterthin for a charge of paying for the shipping and handling. I received the sample and found it to be ineffective and want to cancel. I have not been able to log in to their support site after following their directions. It is stated on their site that cancellation process is easy and valid at any time. Since Nov 15, 2007, there has been little or no A/C or air circulation in the Spin Class room. The temperature in the room reaches nearly 100 degrees during the class. The instructor leaves the door open but blasts the music so loud that the other patrons in the main part of the gym cannot even hear their own ipods. Do not, no matter how tempting, ever buy a computer from this company. The company is a third party that resell systems that are actually manufactured by other companies. Primarily MSI and the like. Their customer service is all but non-existent, and they provide absolutely no service whatsoever for system drivers - for the systems that they "build." Misleading advertisement. Stated that free gift of a 79.00 field binocular, and two free reports valued at $29.95 each would be coming with product. The binoculars are basic, and the two reports were only a few sheets of paper. Nothing that could be considered a $60.00 value. I believe that misleading advertisement is against the law as well as unethical. The product itself may be a good product but get bad vibes when the truth is stretched as this was. I am Indian by origin and was with a group of friends tonight at Back Proch. Initially, we were let in and got drinks. We found some couch seating and with the permission of the waiter, sat down. bought a printer fron TecgSunny that was written as being a new printer. When it arrived I tested it and found out it was new but had worn out parts on it. I tried to contact TechSunny by email but only got a form letter response. When trying to call them all I get was a voice mail. Finally got a response with a link to a RMA request form. My Lincoln Mark VIII was having a electical problem that caused the car not to start. It was not getting a spark to the plugs. We purchased a $750,000 house from Gladstone Homes. I must say they are built like absolute S*** we had, our foundation leak 4 times 2 of which were under warrenty. Our sump pumps went out after a year, our walls cracked, from settling, our sink and master bath were not sealed properly and caused water damage. 3 Light fixtures not wired and had to be rewired post warrenty. I cancelled immediately within minutes of using their search engine and finding absolutely nothing that could not be found by using google. So I cancelled. Now this company stated I signed up for their services also and this is where they got my credit card information. Paid for items, dropped out of program, and they will not give items that were paid for, which were bought prior to cancellation. All other parents have receive their items, but since cancellation, I have been in contact and there has not been a straight answer on where my items are. I had a pair of diamond earrings stolen by the house keepers at the hilton in disney. The worst part is the hotel would not even allow the police to interview the employees who had been in my room without a warrant. This is a problem because the employees were still there and i would have had at least some chance of recovering my property if the police were allowed to do their jobs that day. I am a member of the Armed Forces and have rented 3 cars from Enterprise in 3 different cities. My complaint appears to be a systemic problem regardless of location. Enterprise has been in existence over 40yrs. The quality of customer service appears to be on the decline. We have been customers for at least 10 years and have not missed a payment or deadline. I called on November 27th, 2007 for a payoff balance of our mortgage. Our coupon booklet printed by the bank stated to call for a final balance. I was given an amount and therefore sent a money order to the above address dated the same day as the phone call. When made the appointment, they said that they will take my secondary insurance, the day of the appointment refused and I was not able to wait for another provider, paid $5040 for the procedure, can't get any money back from the billing department. Bought Maytag Quiet Series 300 at Home Depot. Worked okay (takes MUCH more time to go through the cycle than others I've had) but in the past 2 months it hasn't been washing all the dishes. I owe money to Key Bank because of some high fees that I was charged. I set up a payment for $50.00 and said I could possibly pay the balance off in 2 weeks. I bought this more expensive electric can opener only about a month ago and now I just want to give it away to some unsuspecting person on Freecycle. It's a piece of garbage that can't open a can in just one cut. Try ten cuts and you may get the can opened enough to pry into it and scoop out the contents. It can't grab the can. The lever with the blade keeps falling off and you have to hold the lever 'just right' to get it to contact the slippery black button switch that runs the motor. Living Well Lady Fitness Centers is taking advantage of it's members. They conveniently sent a letter dated November 19th notifying members of a charge of $25 for 'enhancements' to the fitness center. The letter was not received until December 12th, after the fee was debited from my checking account.
