The company just sent me a notice that I owe them over $130 for a phone bill (Bell Atlantic) in 1997. After reading all these complaints about this company, I am seriously thinking about filing a complaint to the Federal Trade Commission and my state attorney general. I recommend others to do this by going to "file a complaint" section under consumer protection of the FTC website (www. ftc.gov). I submitted an order on the NordicTrack Website on Nov 26, 2007. On Nov 28, we were contacted to review delivery information. On Dec 3, we received an email stating our elliptical had been shipped and we would have it in a few days. It is now Dec 11, we still do not have our product. It seems that they have many different websites and pull the same scams on all of them. Free-Satellite-Network.com, watchonline.tv, marketbill.com, etc... I signed up for a 1 year subscription with a 7 day trial. I was charged for extras that I never authorized. I was supplied a useless product which did not offer the content it advertised. Ordered the Mini series CENTENNIAL earlier in the month of November. Did not receive any e-mail verification for order. I, too, spent about $200 on this outdated VHS tape. Just by the appearace of the clothes worn by people in the tape clearly indicate the decade prior. I bought a ge wash machine about 2 years ago, it is not working properly. I made an appointment for service, it took about 7 day to get a service person to my house. I made the appointment for about 400 pm, because I work a delivery driver and sometimes I do not know when I am going to finish. I was told that 400pm would be fine. A price and time were agreed upon. They arrived an hour late stayed 16 hours instead of 13 leaving at 3:00am, did not complete the move, therefore i had to rent a u haul to finish the job. Was insulted by the estimator who stated i had a big mouth when i questioned his under estimation of the job. This brings me to my most important complaint that i received an estimate of 1687.00 but was charged 4015.00 plus a mandatory 2 hour over time totaling 250.00. Hello i have been a smoker for 7 years, and a user of Marlboro 100's for a few years. I recently purchased a carton of Marlboro 100's while passing through Delware. After smoking the first two packs with no problem i noticed the third and forth pack seemed to be unwrapped from there plastic material. I would like to file a complaint on my mail carrier, he refuses to deliver my mail because my mail box sets back 4 inches from my neighbors (mail boxes are on posts near the curb on our road).
