The flooring delivered was both damaged and defective. Floormall refused to return our calls once we complained. I have not had a good nights sleep in over a year! This was the most costly mattress I have ever purchased and definitly the most uncomfortable. I like my side firm, my husband likes his side soft. I have been waiting for 2 years for an update for the dated software in my Magellan 800. They keep telling me it is coming but never comes. When I call, I end up in India and they just keep repeating that it is coming even when I ask for a specific date. You can't seem to reach anyone with Magellan who gives a dam. SuperVoice presentation of this product is little to be desired. According to their web site, the program SuperVoice 8.0 shows as a boxed item. When the product was actually received, it was mailed in a little box with the modem (not the one displayed on their website) and the program disk. I was referred to Jim Fletcher by his cousin Scott Lane. A person I had met a few years ago. I started in June of 2007. The first several checks were on time. I recently ordered a very expensive case with Xoxide.com and it did come. The packaging was in very well shape and I thought all was good. When I opened it to examine the contents, I was shocked at the lack of accessories in the unit. The case is 350$ (give or take a few). They have listed for accessories to purchase with it, a rear hard drive mount unit (an optional component if you don't want to mount in the front 5.25' bays).
