My mother set up service for my sister-in-law so she could have access to internet for her job. Well they are now moving to another state. I received two dvd's girls gone wild that i did not order. They were charged to my visa credit card witch i have never used to buy anything from your company on line before. This person not only got into my checking account to send themselves $900 but got into my PayPal account to send themselves an additional $900. I had to close all accounts and open new ones. The bank refused the withdraw from my bill pay on my checking and called me. PayPal sent it. I posted a fraud complaint with them and they have contacted this person. Signed a loan agreement for a small persona loan; I was told I needed to "secure my loan" which I hesitantly did due to the fact I have less than perfect credit. I want to warn all who give their checking account information to this company for payment by check-by-phone. Don't do it. Makers of car horns and accessories has refused to warranty a car horn made by their company. The horn was 4 months old a stopped working. They verbally stated to me the warranty period is 90 days. I borrowed a small loan from paydayyes online. I paid the loan in full, but they continued to draft my account for hundreds of dollars. I asked the bank for help and they would not help me. They lack extreme customer service skills. Do not offer expediting of parts when products have not been packaged. Treats customers rudely, not good with problem resolution. Expects customers to eat up costs for their mistakes. Purchased treadmill and cannot use until part that was not packaged to put machine together is sent. I am a very UNHAPPY CUSTOMER of Papaya. I have to say their customer service just seems to be plain BAD! I went shopping at Papaya in Concord California and the sales clerks there never helped me.
