Joined Peak Fitness on Robinhood Rd. in Winston Salem, NC in November 05 and after 6 months wanted to cancel, but could not according to the contract I had 24 months before I could cancel. Have not used facility for 18 months but had to continue to pay. Then after 24 months were up, once again tried to cancel and was informed of the fine print on the contract which states you must allow 60 notice for cancellation. I booked at flight from DTW to LAS for 3 passengers on Spirit. We were at DTW waiting on our flight, when I noticed my brother was nervous as he hadn't flown in 30 years (I fly often, but not on Spirit). So, I asked to upgrade to first class. I recently filed an employee application out at a Papa Johns Pizza in Memphis TN. to deliver pizza. They asked for proof of insurance and I provided it for them. In my case this company has done nearly everything wrong. I used this account for Lasik surgery, which did not work. I was not told when billing would start. I received a phone call saying my first bill was past due and I explained I had not gotten a bill. I was told another would be issued. When that one came it had a very high finance charge and late fee. I did not feel either were justified. My mother has had a insurance policy thru her JC penny's credit card. She has made the payments for the insurance faithfully for years. In July my parents had to file for brankrupcy. She re-affirmed the JC penny's account and continued to made the payments for the insurance. Come to find out JC Penny's closed her account without notice and instead of re-laying the payment to the insurance company they just credited it to a closed account. On 12/01/2007 my car was towed from 6151 miramar pway to midway towing co. i payed $100 to recover my car. On the spot i inspected the car and found damages to the front bumper and under the front bumper is scraped off, i showed it to the personell that was there he try to deny that they had damaged my car. I saw a police across the road inspecting another building, told him what happened, he said he cant help me, neither will he take a report. In june I paid Dan Casey of K.C. CONSTRUCTION $7200.00 in labor fee's to put up a retaining wall and privacy fence. By November the thing was ready to collapse and is continuing to erode.
