I purchased what I thought was a Sterns and Foster Queen size bed set for $675. What was delivered was not a Sterns and Foster Box spring but a cheap no name brand box spring. Don't order anything from this company located in LaCrosse, Wi. I ordered the wrong replacement door flap for our doggy door (their website is terrible) and returned per their instructions on the website. X Treme Scooters sold me a x560 scooter that will not start at all. I just recieved a letter in the mail for a bill. The enclosed bill is from RMCB Collection Agency for the ammount of $199.00. According to this I bought a lifetime membership from the North American Fishing Club and never paid. I have never even gone fishing in my lifetime, so why would I join this. The selling dealer (The Maytag Store in Higley AZ) provided me with Rebate certificates on the washer, dryer and one of the refrigerators. On april 9th 2006 I upgraded my programing to HD. A tech came out and installed a HD receiver and I began to pay for HD programing. On Oct. 22 2007 I upgrade my receiver to a DVR receiver to find out that the tech on April 9th did not hook the receiver up to receice HD. which means I have been paying for programing that I was not getting. I purchased Empire Floors for hardwood and carpet for my home. The payment was made twice. 15 hours of phone calls later - not speaking with the same person more than once - the promises made to fed ex a reimbursement check to me were not honored. Even though my checking/savings are linked through WAMU, they "couldn't" effect a wire or electronic transfer. I left my dog Honey there for grooming 18 October 2007. They called me and said she had ran out the front door and they could not find her. How can this happen ? Did they have the gate closed to prevent this. We looked for the dog until dark. I had thought they were professional and realized that the human has to rationalize for the dog. I had only 2 overdrafted transactions but Wachovia charged me for 6!! That was $210.00!!
