In the 4 months I have had a Mastercard with WAMU/Providian I have been fed mis-information every time I called and was not able to pay my balance, because they kept insisting I had no balance. I ordered what was supposed to be the full 10 years of JAG. What I received had been recorded off USA Network's reruns of JAG, commercials were poorly edited out and the last 1 and 1/2 seasons were eliminated. These people are crooks and the phone number to get a return authorization is a big JOKE. I tried the so called website but it seems to be non-existent. I was charged by this company for ring tones, and my phone will not even except ring tones. Without any knowledge I was charged $19.99 on my cell phone bill, and when I brought this to their attention they refused to refund the money. I, like so many of those who have also sent in comments, have had unauthorized purchases on my debit/credit card. My debit card was used so the purchase of $4.87 and then for $89.95 was taken directly from my checking account. They took the money I had been saving for my son's shoes. I called and was offered a refund of $54.94 for a purchase I never authorized in the first place. I was called about 2 free airlines tickets if I would take a 14-day free look at their on-line shopping network. They wanted my banking info. to charge a nominal shippingfee of $4.95. I'm disappointed in my cards because of several reasons. First, the color of the background of the card is a peachy pink not bright pink like on-line. Second, you can't really read the words on the business card because you can hardly see them. Heidar Baba restaurant serves Persian cuisine but two things stop me from ever going back One, their service is terrible, slow, and their servers don't smile nor do ask how the meal is going. Second, the portions are too small for the price of the dish. The average dish is approx. $13 and if I had to make an educated guess on the portion of meat you receive it would be about 5-6 oz. I am writing you about the most unpleasant and disappointing experienced I have ever had at a grocery store. On October 13th I received two $25 Vons/Safeway gift cards for my birthday. In January, 2007, I purchased a new Dell Dimension E521 desktop computer via telephone. The machine was sent with Windows XP 2000 installed and, as agreed, I was sent Microsoft's Vista upgrade later. Upon installing the Vista program, all sound disappeared from my computer. After 10 months of wrangling, I have reinstalled Windows XP. Even though both products were new and should have been workable, both companies showed minimal interest in helping. However, both agreed to assist if I agreed to pay hefty hourly fees. Old Oak Bible Church in Middleburg Heights has several wedding packages available. The woman running the place is LAURA BUTLER. We have deemed her "The Wedding Nazi" because she is so demanding. I booked my wedding 16 months in advance and promptly provided a deposit. Two weeks later, she told me she misread her calendar and had to cancel my wedding.
