In December 2006 my husband bought me a table and chairs for Christmas. In April I noticed that the table was peeling and one chair cushions was also having a problem. I called Roomful Express in May and the company sent out a gentlemen to look at the items. Roomful Express was to replace the table top and the chair cushion. It is now October and Roomful Express still has not replaced the items. Every time I call to find out what is going on the keep telling us that its the manufacturer they are waiting to hear from. iHOP Restaurant 3750 S Clack St Abilene, TX 79606 (325) 695-2432 I always order my egg whites cooked. This restaurant seems to not be able to do that on a very consistent basis. The State Health Department requires them to make a posting on their menu to the effect that "undercooked eggs are a potential health hazard". Runny egg whites on my plate are unsightly, unappetizing, potentially unhealthy and just plain disgusting. Myself and 3 other members of my family have accounts with My Points. We all use the same home computer but with log in and out of our accounts each time, according to directions given to us by MyPoints. Each one of us has amassed enough points to receive several redemptions but the company arbitrarily froze ALL of our accounts saying that we somehow violated our agreement. I had pictures of my daughter taken on 9/8/07. I was told they would be ready 9/28/07. I paid for them in full at the time the pictures were taken. (Lesson #1 - won't do that again!). Welcome Wagon representative sold our business an advertising package which mailed our offer to all new households within a specific area for the entire year. After three mailings we saw no interest from the Welcome Wagon offer and left several messages for the person who sold the package. She never returned our calls so we contacted the main office only to get transferred to different voice mailboxs and never a returned phone call. Welcome wagon just kept mailing and billing our credit card... Thank goodness our credit card company stepped in to help us cancel the mailings. Our brand new Whirlpool top-loading washer (model WTW5800STW0) was defective as soon as it was installed. The warranty repair was made (after a 2-week delay) and the same problem persists. Multiple calls and the problem is still not resolved. Whirlpool needs to improve its quality control in the factory so new machines are not shipped with defects.
