Rickenbacker refuses to remove this from my credit even though there is a bill of sale on record at the DMV showing I had sold the car!! I had a experience last week with Great Expectations. I sat through their presentation. Then they used high pressure tactics to try to get me to sign up. I was shocked when they discussed the prices for a one year membership to their dating service. The starting price was nearly five thousand dollars for a one year membership, and the prices went up to nearly $8,000. The business is called CTP, and I believe it is located in Colorado. They sell a program called Novelty 8, Novelty 8 Pro, and Mural 8. When you purchase their product, they have to give you a key to get the program to print. I paid $300 for this program, and about six months later, I had a computer problem which forced me to reinstall their program. I purchased the program from one of their distributors. We wanted to buy the appliances for our new home in town to support local business. We spent $12000.00 on all appliances. We talked with Sears local store and decided to stay local. After 15 months, the Amana Refrigerator compressor stopped working. There was a one year warranty one the refrigerator with 5 years on the compressor. The waitress doesn't come to our table promptly and then when asked to speak to a manager one comes over with as bad an attitude as the waitress gives. The manager of this hotel has not business being in the customer service field she was rude blew me off when I complained about the noise and told me it was just the way things were at that hotel. Bought an Evenflor Tribute car seat from Sears several months ago. Because we didn't need it until recent months, when our child outgrew the other car seat, we didn't open the box. Upon opening it, the product was broken. Tried to exchange the item to Sears, but they declined because it's past their 3 month exchange policy. Told us to contact the manufacturer.
