The company does not have a Virginia contractor’s license to date 3/22/07. They also did not have an Alexandria City license to do work in Alexandria, VA. They abandoned our hardwood flooring installation and tried to collect 6 months after the job was started and not completed. They used different flooring and stairs that was on the estimate. I used to use AtomicPark (www.atomicpark.com) but there service has been getting worse and worse for some time now. I bought a 2001 Mitsubishi on Feb 3 2007. When i bought the car, there is no blinkers, the dealer, John, told me he would fix it in two days. Then he would send the car to me from Lansing to Kalamazoo. However, when i received the car, the blinkers haven't fixed yet. I have a restraining order of protection against a associate that I met, which was intimate for periodic times within the last four years. And now the person is stalking me. I got a GE washer and have extended warranty on it. I noticed water leak and turned off the water outlets and asked GE to send a service guy to fix it. The service guy came and told me there's nothing wrong and told me that he would only replace the plastic tub cover. I applied for rebates as OnRebate.com which is part of the TigerDirect company. I sent in all the required information in September of 2005. I had to keep talking with them to finally get them to approve the rebate on June 6, 2006. Now they say they have sent me 3 checks in the mail on Dec. 13, 2006 (6 months later!!!). My wife is from Montana and when she moved here in Iowa the second year we took our taxes to H and R Block. My wife divorce papers said that her x claim the boy and she claims the girl. This use to be a great way to order flags that were different and pretty. Now I have had 2 bad experiences with this company and will never order from the again. My first order was placed in November for a St Patricks day flag. They took my money the next day after I ordered the flag. With holiday' s coming I was patient and did not call until mid December. Never take your pet at Petsmart grooming. I took my cat there for a full grooming services and they didn't wash it. They brush it a little and cut his claws and charge me full price. I call the manager and and they said that there are sorry that i was not satisfied with their services... What services if they didn't wash him??? I inquired on 11/29/06 about a joint CD certificate purchased @ Provident in the early 1980's. I was told that I had to file a unclaimed property form to be sent to Trenton because the money was not @ the bank any longer. I have done business with Dom's Outdoor Outfitters several times in the past with no problem. That changed drastically recently. We bought steel shed on line last year Dec. 2006. Since we received the shipment we've had missing peaces and damaged pieces. As we started to put up the frame we found out we had damaged parts and also missing parts. Using USA PEOPLE SEARCH, who according to an employee, has a link to AP9 24PROTECTPLUS on their website, our credit card got charged multiple times AFTER our transaction with USA was closed. Thankfully our card company, who was well aware of these companies, canceled our card and reissued a new one. If you do a search with USA PEOPLE SEARCH, look out for future 'strange' charges to your account. I know that BFG has a good reputation for customer support, but it seems that their support is only applied locally for US citizens. BFG claims to have 24/7 international support for its consumers, but that's not true.
