This complaint concerns a commercial install performed for a non-profit organization. After almost six months, we still don't have a fully-functioning system and are out nearly $8,000. CHI Host, happens to be one of those companies that are "full of hot air". Their "24-hour technical support" never returns my phone calls. On their website they boast a 99.9% uptime guarantee. I was with them for only 3 months and my websites went down twice already, bringing the uptime down to 99.25%. The fraction seems negligible, but not when you compute the downtime in number of hours. Wild West Domain is Ace of Space's affiliate registrar, which turned out to be another sore spot. Wild West Domains, a company based in Arizona, dragged their feet to transfer my domain names. Contracted with United Moving and Storage to move from Orlando to Raleigh but ended up with Empire on pickup. Please do not waste money on Airtel callhome to India. There is nothing about this company that works. The acct number and pin number they give you do not work, their customer service phone never works. They do not respond to your E mail. They took my money 20 dollars, i have yet to make a phone call. Do not use the online service provided by USPS for printing and posting. I used and the Labels did not print properly. But they charged my credit card. I requested for a refund and it has been some days and nothing has come.
