Enterprise Rent-A-Car
December 21, 2006
Below you will see a string of emails sent to the Enterprise Rent a Car's customer service. Email Number 1 Customer (XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX) 12/15/2006 02:30 PM I am a customer of the Enterprise location on Drake Road in Farmington Hills Michigan. In my opinion I received extremely poor service. I rented a car due to a car accident. I arrive at your location and rented a vehicle. I had the insurance claim number, location of where the car was being repaired, drivers license, and my insurance. About one week into my rental I started to... read full review »

Clarion Hotel and Conference Center
December 21, 2006
I have worked at this hotel for nearly 2 yrs. And no real improvements have been made since I started. The owners are very cheap and hate to pay for Linen, bedspreads or cosmetic repairs. They have Mold, Spiders and Mice. This is of no real concern to them. If they can do a patch up job or hide the needed repairs they will. We just barely passed our bi-yearly hotel inspection. They pay crumbs to their workers, show little care about them and short change them whenever possible. It is no wonder this place is falling apart at the seams. I am... read full review »

Wilmington Nissan - Wilmington, NC
December 21, 2006
This dealer does not cover any replacement parts (especially catalytic converters, sensors, etc.) that are more than 1 year old. Since my Maxima is now due for a third catalytic converter/sensors at $1,200 (first one replaced at 52K!) third one would be at $1,200 at 82K within 2 years! On-Board Diagnostic Computers are great for making money, they indicate which part is bad (highest prices items) then the service department replaces it. The cause is never investigated. Anyway, I'm no longer a Nissan customer. read full review »

Cingular Insurance Claims
December 21, 2006
Poor insurance claim service. This company's representatives will lead to provide date of damage (when you are unsure) that will allow them to deny your claim. Their claim for damage period is 30 or 60 days and if you don't get it right, you have to sign an affidavit, get it notarized, send them your bill, along with a picture of your government ID. All to convey you trying to steal $50 (ins fee) for a phone. read full review »

L.L. Bean
December 21, 2006
I ordered a pair of gloves online from L.L. Bean and paid an extra $5.00 for gift wrapping. When I received the package today I was a little irked to find that all they did was place the gloves in a L.L. Bean box and wrap a bow around it. I don't think that was worth $5.00. read full review »

Sears - Kenmore Washer and Dryer
December 21, 2006
Several months ago, I bought an expensive Sears Kenmore high efficiency washer for my wife and four kids. Since then, the washer has had catastrophic failure and every attempt to fix it has resulted in some excuse for more parts. It is going on a month, and my wife, kids, and now sick daughter (with the FLU) are knee deep in laundry because my wife has to run to the Laundry mat while SEARS REFUSES to make this right. There is no indication that this will be fixed ANYTIME SOON. The repairman has even recommended that SEARS replace the... read full review »

Apple - iPod Nano
December 21, 2006
I cannot believe how many companies have decided that websites and forums initiated by random people are sufficient modes of customer support. I do love the FAQ sections as they often answer the questions that I have. What do you do when your question is not there? You try to reach customer service. I am a fan of the online customer support and even the emailing option, as I know it is efficient for companies. But why oh why would a company have neither of the services just mentioned? I have a problem with my iPOD Nano and it is not... read full review »

December 21, 2006
Erickson’s is now in the business of damage control as well as shoddy pool construction and horrific customer service. It seems very odd that consumers would post compliments on a web page dedicated to complaints. Who would even think of doing that?? (Unless the company you did business with approached you and requested it be done.) I’m sure if that was the case, the company behind the request would at least pay them to have a post put on here- yes it costs money.
