this company lures people in with a 14 day trial and in the process signs them up for numerous subscription services. I returned the product and cancelled my service with this company but it does not cancel the subscriptions with the other companies, which happen to be shell companies all with the same addresses. I have been promised refunds with premium white and dazzle trays although I have not seeen them yet. I was unsuccessful in getting refunds from the shell companies. I wanted to complain about the selection at the bay willowbrook mall langley. What is advertised in your flyers, does not state certain lines are not carried at the Willowbrook mall location. I've gone there several times because of an advertisement, and I go there and that line of product is not even carried at that store. Example, guess, inc, etc. Also, the boot selection is terrible. Returned a gift my son recieved from his grandparents who do not live in Winnipeg, and had the receipt. I will never use Canada Post again!! I sent off a parcel XpressPost to Ontario which contained time sensitive documents concerning a very big job. While I specifically asked the lady for this particular service, paid the signature fee and confirmed the included insurance, she shipped it REGULAR PARCEL. We purchased a brand new Yamaha SX210 boat on July 15, 2009 and discovered an engine problem on July 20, 2009. We returned the boat for service at Seamasters on Windmill Raod in Dartmouth (where we purchased the boat) and since the problem was discovered, Seamasters has yet to identify or repair the problem. Had my 4x4 truck in for a oil change and 21 point inspection on Nov 27, 2009. 3 weeks later I had a metal grinding noice and my 4x4 failed when I engaged it. I immediately went to my local GM dealer and it was discovered that my front differential was completely dry of oil. On Friday November 20 I dropped my new 2009 GMC off to have it undercoated at 5:00 pm so they could wash and have it dry to undercoat Saturday morning.
