Parents pay good money for duel passes to play this online game and the server does not work properly. Kids go to compete in tournaments and can not connect. They register their time in PDT and obviously do not know about world wide time because then the tournaments will start an hour to two hours earlier than posted time. Our company purchased several items from this supplier. Several of the items appear used, though sold as new, and are defective as well. They are missing parts and tamper seals have been broken.
