This company sells fake Ugg Boots, but advertises them as authentic. They say they are located in US, but they are in China. After a month of constantly emailing them, they finally allowed me to return my boots, gave me instructions on how to do so, and said I would get a full refund. But now they will NOT refund my money. Parents pay good money for duel passes to play this online game and the server does not work properly. Kids go to compete in tournaments and can not connect.
