I just want to ask why there is always shortage of Hp gas cylinder. I made a booking for cylinder on 01/01/2011 on my consumer no- 604388. They were told me that I can receive my cylinder in 15 days. But when I call back for cylinder delivery enquiry, I was very shocked when they told me that there were no refill booking on 01/01/2011. I am regular user of zam azm petrol outlet of Indian Oil Corporation, near sudha cross Bellary, in karnataka. They are forcing the customers to buy the xtra premium petrol by telling the customers that normal petrol is not available. This is a regular feature at this outlet. if you go to the bunk 8 out of 10 times you get only premium petrol.
