I ordered a washing machine in an exhibition where the Next Electronics shop has put up a outlet. They promised me that they will deliver the goods within 2 days. They failed to do so. I purchased this TV 4 years back and it has been giving me problems ever since. Almost every 3-6 months, there is some problem. Just two months back, the service engineer, unable to locate the problem, took the set to the service center at my expense and then asked me to change two major circuit boards costing as much as a regular TV; i did that and within 2 months same problem came up and the TV is down. I have purchased 310 liters refrigerator from dealer situated in Lucknow, UP. Within 3 days there was complaint lodged with companies call center. Service person visited and attended the complaint. My self running a PCO in Sector-58 noida from 2005. In the month of March-April in the year 2007 all my lines closed without any reason. Sundry times I meet with Airtel staff who is sitting in noida sector-57. They assure me we check the line fault and rectify the error within four hrs. I bought a Nokia N6131 in Nokia Authorized dealer on 05th Nov 2006 and the product had two complaints just 6months after it was purchased. I have recently purchased an onida microwave oven, power convection 21 litres. As told to me by the person in charge, in the egg plate given to us, i broke the egg, put masala, covered it and put on 100 degree temp for 1 minute to cook.
