I traveled by carona-Bus, on 13-9-07, at 21-31 hrs from chennai to Bangalore. From Koyembedu -chennai. The fee was Rs. 452./= While during journey, the asst who was dressed in kakki-dress, seems to be like a conductor was distributing woolen blanket to all the passengers. We have a HSBC Visa card this is the first time we used it, it is a joint card, we have misplaced the bill that we received and tried to find the outstanding amt from customer service but dint get any help saying we dont have pin number, one fine day we got a call saying outstanding amt to be paid, we asked to arrange a pickup as payment centers are far but they said it is not possible, they charged 1000 charges. Hi, I purchased a TATA indicom connection on which i suspected Cloning or Cross Connection on the 16th of August. I went to there Regional Office in Canaught Place abd told them regarding the same. Problem 1. The combination of shades/colors of the base screen, the letters and digits on the screen and the transparent cover/window over the screen get so merged that it is not (NOT) possible to read anything in the open daylight. One possible working solution is to change the shade of the transparent cover/window over the screen to near colorless. Problem 2. The glowing of the screen is rather too short (time-wise). It is the biggest problem with cable network that there is no rules against the cable operators. Cable operators can do anything that they like. I took a postpaid connection in june 2007 on the assurance that psychical copy of the bill will be delivered timely. However no bills are received. When i complain at customer service they register a compliant. They say we are sending duplicate bill but no bill is received the the staff at customer service is helpless. I cant shift the service provider as the set sold has the sim sealed. I have wasted 12000/- for set. A total of about 30 complaints in 3 months with no results. My Acquaguard water purifier is under Annual Maintenance contract. I am mking complaints to all levels in Eureka forbes at known no. including the local Agent to whom they further sub-letted the contract, nobody seems to be concerned to address to the complaint.
