I bought N91on 15/07/2006.whose Me1 no is 358391000020850. Since beginning there is a problem. When i take this set to customer care they say that it is a network problem. I have given twice my set for nokia care Center Jalandhar Punjab India. They tried to repair the set but it is not giving satisfactory performance. They always say that there is a hardware problem .If is is not repairable in that case why don't they change the defective hardware. They are waiting for expiry of warranty period. I had shopped for the dvd cum home theater from rediff shopping. The supplier sent me the goods from hyderabad. They were in a damaged condition so i resent them back total price of rediff shopping was Rs 2,200 only. When the supplier sent me back the goods the octroi people charged 3 % on 5000 rupees ie 150 instead of 3 % on 2000 of the actual goods value. I went there but they were hesitant to listen to me. Recently my sister had a very bad experience in taking a product from videocon. She had purchased an air conditioner from next electronics shop from Ghaziabad just a couple of days back. In 2004 december i shifted from manali in himachal pradesh to maharashtra ahmednagar. I had sent all my utensils and other household things by DTDC courier. The DTDC courier from himachal to ahmednagar damaged almost 60 % of the utensils and goods. If you are in a remote place don't send any goods by this courier in india. Subhiksha staff of sec: 16 Chandigarh agreed to provide vegetables and fruits for my cousion's marriage. On the day of marriage, when we called up Subhiksha staff, they told us that few material is pending, rest is sent to the site of marriage. On verifying the items we found only 20% had been delivered at the site. This is what these so called professional supermarket chain has done. The the firm M/s Krushi, which first installed M/O was contacted on (040) 27718884 said that they have registered the with Complaint No as 1012 on21/06/07.
