IDBI freezes your online account if you type wrong password 3 times in a row. No warning, nothing, the 4th time you will get the message that your account is frozen. There is online form to request reset of the password. So I submitted a request on March 25 2007. Absolutely no response what so ever. It was a late Thursday night and was just on the way home with my friend we ordered a pizza and i said i would pay extra as it was so late and it was close to closing. They agreed and said it would be 20 minutes to an hour. I gave them the correct telephone number and waited it never arrived. Till to date I have no LPG cooking gas connection in my name. I got the brand new bike in sep-2006, after few days there is started problem in self. After reporting to the dealer, he guided to the nearest service center. I have purchased a new nokia n95 the set is good in every thing but the only wrong thing is that the sound of fm in loud speaker mode is so weak that it is hardly hearable. Entrance tiles are slippery. Rats are roaming around freely. Common space shared with residents are filled with rubbish created by Subhiksha gives bad smell. The Dealer of the company was given a credit card for payment of combo offer of LG microwave + LG vacuum cleaner for Rs. 5999/-. The buyer had a card which was offering 10% payment on purchase during that festive season. But the dealer insisted on taking on the other credit card and assured that 5% rebate shall be given on that card and he charged 2% extra on the bill. But the buyer did not get the rebate in the bills of the credit card. The dealer was contacted but he refused to talk.
