I bought a Sony Handycam (Model DCR-HC40E) 3 years back from Delhi, India. After using it for a week, I confronted with a problem. The LCD screen of my handycam stopped working, though I was able to take shots using the View Finder. I am a LPG Indane customer with Rohini Teja Gas Agency, Rajahmundry Andhra Pradesh and my consumer Number is 326. I have booked for a refill on 31.03.2007 . Even though past 2o days, I did not get my refill from Indane (Indian Oil Corporation) dealer. I reminded the dealer at least 5 times in the past week and each time he promises to send the supply the next day without fulfilling it. This is the second time happened to me since I am in Chennai. I asked the dealer to recharge the STD account with amount of 225 but he recharged 225 in the ISD account. The ISD is not used by most of the people like me and it becomes useless. I don't think this will be done by mistake for the second time and it seems to be some conspiracy by Reliance Infocomm. The Service dealer in Secunderabad is not taking any interest in changing the parts of my TV's Woofer system since last 1 year. When we make call to the people they will slip from the subject with one or the other reason. I was a customer of TataIndicom for approximately 8 months however their product - 256kbps (1GB Cap) went from bad to worse within the last 4 months. First there were frequent disconnections (not due to billing), the reason provided later was that the lines were being cut by dissatisfied/disgruntled Distributors. If you are planning to buy a car in true value please check everything (price, Car condition (mechanic, body rust, Whether it is accident vehicle, Battery is good are make up)... Airtel services in Goa have really become pathetic. Specially the GPRS service. Airtel claims to provide EDGE GPRS service in Goa. which as per claims is supposed to give you a connection speed of 256 KBPS. Which approximately boils down to a download speed of at least 25-30 KBPS. But I have never ever experienced a speed more than 12 KBPS. and that too that 12KBPS is a speed you will get very very rarely. Most of the time the speed is just around 3-4 KBPS.
