Maharastra State Electricity Board is the worst Electricity Board ever. I stay in kalyan(W). I have changed the bulbs which consumes less power. In the day time 7 hrs total current is cut but the bill will come upto Rs.1,000/-. I have lifetime prepaid connection of airtel (Maharashtra & Goa). My prepaid credit is daily decremented by Rs.1.50 as airtel have activated daily decremental plan. I have made 8 requests to customer care executive to deactivate that decremental plan and activate my original lifetime plan. For all the much vaunted customer service of Airtel, I had (and continue to have) a bitter experience with Airtel. All this for a shifting of telephone within Chennai. I was promised it would take 6 working days, and after 2 weeks there is no end in sight. Ironically Indane Gas has a toll free number, but their Udaipur distributor "Aravali Gas Service" has different opinion about phone service. During working hours you never reach them on phone. I purchased Tata Indicom India Calling card of Rs 200. I used it for 10 days. After that I am not able to use that card. For using this card one has to dial the access number of the state from where we have purchased the card. In my case it is Maharashtra. Whenever I travel by Bus of KSRTC particularly in long distance routes to Chennai some lady conductors don't return the remainder of change when say Rs500 or Rs1000 are tendered for the purchase of ticket of values say Rs 300 etc. They scribble at the back of the ticket, but at the end of the journey they refuse the dues from the company. This is a clear case of cheating the public simply telling the reason of paucity of change etc. Beware of these lady conductors who are deceivers and behave in a high handed manner. read full review »

Within 6 months of Purchase the Nokia Cell Phone 2255 started malfunctioning. We took it to the Customer care and they repaired it ,but only after one month of repeated visits and phone calls. Even after repairing it once,all the problems weren't solved entirely. Further, after another one month, the Handset developed cracks and further broke in 2 pieces. In Karawal Nagar area of North East Delhi PIN 110094, there are shops which unauthorized filled up small gas cylinders from the domestic big cylinders with the unauthorized nexus with gas deliveryman and distributing agencies. This causes shortage of supply and partially filled up supply of domestic cylinders to the genuine customer. In our location we always face problem of delay in delivery of cylinders, not only me but all people staying here are fade up with delay in cylinder delivery. After getting one cylinder dealer doesn't take our bookings for next 10 days. After next 10 days when we book our gas it normally takes 15 days or more to receive a gas. I purchased two calling cards of Tata Indicom of Rs 100 each. When i tried to use those cards, i found its PIN number was incorrect. I purchased a new airtel connection postpaid in Nov 06 particularly for GPRS Mobile internet. From day one till date (06 Feb 07), i am unable to connect to GPRS as normally as my colleagues do. 1 and half year back I have purchased one dvd hi-fi system of phlips, and within 5 month it got some technical problem, I contacted with service center and they had replaced my dvd. I am very much vexed up with HP Gas and really feel uncomfortable with gas. There is always shortage for gas cylinders. And the booking system is so worst and badly handled. The line is busy always and we can't book a gas for 2 days till we get the line. And after you book, the delivery will take at least 15-20 days. I have booked gas for 10 days and no response as yet. I purchased a mini vacuum cleaner in December 2006. I was told misinformed that the machine has a strong motor and can easily clean rugs, carpets (not have, but regular carpets) and wall ceilings.
