I have my account in the airtel call home where I can call India. Since the first day, the website doesn't work properly. It nearly took me 3 hrs just to log in. I have paid 50$ for registering in it. Now my password is locked and the customer care number 1877 247 5150 does not even work. I had the STD pckg at rental of Rs.30 p/m.Whereby any airtel no i called all over India, i was just charged Re.1 only. I time complaint about the Airtel's Network Coverage in the Kharadi MIDC, IT Park, but yet no action has been taken. There are many IT companies in this area such as Zensar, Synechron but the network quality is worst in this area. Only 1 or 2 bars are shown in the mobile and sometimes there are no bars shown. This is to bring your kind attention towards my problem. HDFC Bank has issued a Credit Card in my name but I never received the Credit card. The Bank agents handed over the card to someone else without matching my signature and without informing the issuance of card.
