I am using Nokia 9500 which had some problem and I took the same to the Nokia Care run by HCL in Sector 2 of Noida. Till now I am given dates to collect my handset but when I used to reach there, the response was same "After 2 days". After a weak I was told that the repairmen can cost up to Rs. 30,000. Three months ago (July2006) I have taken a Reliance Prepaid CDMA at Pune (Maharashtra, India) connection after submission of proper documents. We had purchased a semi-auto washing machine with agitator. Hi, My Tata Indicom Broadband Internet connection user name is terencevaz. I cannot not recollect but I had applied for this connection around 7 to 8 months back. Initially everything was good. I had purchased one Videocon Television on October 31, 2005. I had logged a compliant 15-20 days before and about my television in Videocon Service Center and my complaint number is DJV6I17000. After logging the complaint the first day an engineer from videocon come, but he was unable to fix the problem. My Nokia N70 phone caught a virus and the software had to be reloaded. The phone was submitted to the service center at Ghaziabad on 11/Sep/06. The software was reloaded and the phone given back on 25th Sep. 06 but there was no battery in the phone.The battery was stolen by the authorized Nokia service center people (Ghaziabad). The service center people did not tell me that the battery was to be removed from the phone while submitting and neither did they include the battery number on the job sheet. I bought nokia 6600 having imei no. 356640003916593. I bought it last year dated 01.09.05 from west bengal.
