I had given my 4 month old Nokia handset/ 6270 to Nokia Care after some compalints as the phone very frequently would hang. The Nokia care people kept the phone for 20 days and even after returning back, it is not working. Also, they have so carelessly handled the phone that I just cant use it. Today I received a call from a person who identified himself to be working with Airtel calling from Ahmedabad (Gujarat). He said that the call was in connection of verification of credentials submitted at the time of getting the number. I got the brand new bike on 13/10/06, from the day 1 its not going in gear 4 & 5, after repoting to the dealer, he guided to the nearest service center. Response which we got was the worst from the service center & no one is taking it seriously from the bajaj service center. I am using AIRTEL mobile sim no 9928072924 ( Rajsthan). I came to Ahmedabad ( Gujarat state ) on 20.10.2006 and requested airtel customer care in Jaipur to put m mobile in roaming as it is used for Co's work and i reuire it to be always on for being contacted. Unfortunately the request was logged 4 times and huge amount of Rs.600/- spent on STD calls to Jaipur customer care but no action taken. Adobe Systems Inc. is PLANTING a note “The site might need Active X and Flashplayer9” when I ask for two Indian Newspapers and it delays their appearance by 3-4 minutes. Before, both would appear shortly while now ONE NEWSPAPER does not appear at all, the other appears after 3-4 minutes. Today I went to Indane Gas Agency for gas booking. But I was shocked to see that they were forcing consumers to buy a gas pipe which costs 170/-. I was not agreed to buy this pipe because I renewed my gas pipe only few weeks back. I have been very aware of these things such as gas cylinder and its accessories. I have received a bill (invoice no.430473840) for the period 21/08/06 to 20/09/06 for Rs.807.64 towards broadband connection and multiple telephone facility. Surprisingly none of the facilities exist at my place nor there is any connectivity of airtel broadband service in the area. What is more shocking is that the shows 88 telephone calls made for non-existent facility. I bought a Eureka Forbes water Purifier nearly 7 months back. They had mentioned at the time of sales that they provide the best service to the customer. In my case nobody came for the service after 3 month or 6 months which they were supposed to do. Then suddenly my machine reported some fault. I have a TATA INDICOM WALKY Prepaid connection in Pune (Maharshtra) India. However the recharge vouchers of 1120/- denomination are not available in the market even at any of the so called tata indicom shoppes or what ever.
