Lower Parel Nokia Care / Nokia 6270
This is an mental harassment. I spend Rs. 16000/- to purchase Nokia 6270 cell phone. After 3 months cell phone stop working so i submit that cell phone to Lower parel nokia care. These people give me ridiculous excuses and spoil my 40 days. After 40 days they give me another cell phone which was 6270 only saying that the previous cell phone was faulty so we are providing you replacement.

Airtel Do Not Call Registry
Airtel has setup a 'do not call' registry at www.airtel.in/dont.htm and the best part is I continue to receive unsolicited calls and SMSs from Airtel business partners even though I have registered at their site over a month ago. After contacting their customer care [email protected], ceo complaint desk and the nodal officer [email protected], [email protected], I'm yet receive a relevant reply.

I am a regular reliance customer since last 3 years. After repeatedly bringing it to notice of the people at chairmans office, my genuine problem is not solved and ultimately i had to decide shifting to some other service provider. Provided telephone/broadband services 8 nos. Promised group billing / group pulse / centrex / uninterrupted services. Failed on all fronts. When contacted it took six months for centrex and 1 year for group billing and group pulse/billed for 6 DSL connections against 3 nos.failed to reconcile accounts which were excess billed and collected.

I have applied for new TATA Indicom connection on 27th Jan2007 for plan of ARP99. The dealer gave me connection on 14th feb2007 when this ARP99 plan was closed. He gave me Business Silver 244 plan instead of ARP99plan. Now when i am asking him to take back the sim and return my money deposited to him he is not giving. I have been using Hutch postpaid connection sine March 2006. In spite of activating New connection in 3 working days time, I was unable to used the service for 7 working days. The problems does not stop, I purchase the New sim cards it was suppose to start within 2hours but did not start before 2working days.

I mohiuddin khan bearing consumer number-615583 at dashmesh gas service, sion mumbai (dealer code-132080). It's a regular that in spite of booking the cylinder is always delivered late. At present there is no fuel in my home, i have to take it from my neighbor for time being. I have made a telephone booking on 2/02/2007 and received booking number 32. Airtel Internet Services
I have recently purchased Airtel V Data Card for my Laptop expecting good internet services, but it is unfortunate for airtel to inform that within 2 days your level of service has been identified.
The internet speed is as low as not working at all, 1 page opens after a long break. I have purchased this product from Airtel Lucknow office from Mr. Amit Asija (99350 99767) & even bringing this to his knowledge has served no purpose.

Balaji Packers & Movers are the worst packers & movers. I'm referring here to the MUMBAI branch & the contact person was Mr. Verma. Dealing with them was the worst nightmare. They have provided me false bills, took money for Insuring the consignment but didn't take insurance, provided sub-standard quality materials for packaging.
My household goods to be transferred from Mumbai to Bangalore have not arrived even after 50 days!

It is very sad that so called number 1 FM radio station FM91.1 Radio city is cheating its listeners so cheaply. Oflate there is program called bid and win where customers are asked to bid for mobiles phone, PDAs etc and many times during the broadcast, they dont specify the charges applicable for SMS send from the listener. Apparently they charge Rs 10 per SMS. If FM Radio City station is honest and they should run the show with ethics. The following incident happened to me. Maharastra State Electricity Board is the worst Electricity Board ever. I stay in kalyan(W). I have changed the bulbs which consumes less power. In the day time 7 hrs total current is cut but the bill will come upto Rs.1,000/-. They r not taking the reading correctly and sometimes they do not take reading at all but put the same amount of previous bill.

1. The agency does not take the booking easily despite repeated requests.
2. The gas cylinders contain less quantity of gas, sometimes just half of it.

I have purchased Nokia 6260 2 years back. It was functioning correctly for some time , but suddenly the light (indicator that there is an incoming call) stopped functioning. When I gave it to the Nokia Service centre at Mumbai, they said that it cannot be done

Airtel - Maharashtra & Goa
I have lifetime prepaid connection of airtel (Maharashtra & Goa). My prepaid credit is daily decremented by Rs.1.50 as airtel have activated daily decremental plan. I have made 8 requests to customer care executive to deactivate that decremental plan and activate my original lifetime plan. Karnatka State Transport Corporation - Bangalore
Whenever I travel by Bus of KSRTC particularly in long distance routes to Chennai some lady conductors don't return the remainder of change when say Rs500 or Rs1000 are tendered for the purchase of ticket of values say Rs 300 etc. They scribble at the back of the ticket, but at the end of the journey they refuse the dues from the company.
This is a clear case of cheating the public simply telling the reason of paucity of change etc. Beware of these lady conductors who are deceivers and behave in a high handed manner. read full review »
