I booked Bajaj Avenger on 2/10/05. I Booked particularly for Blue Colour and being an Authorised DIstributor of Bajaj they are not in a position to supply desired colour of mine and they wants me to take some other colour and also I was told by them that Bajaj,Puna is not supplying correctly though the PO and indent raised by KLN and JAY Auto correctly. In the mean while the Blue COlour of Avenger is also despatching but for KLN they dont have stock in this particulat colour. I had BPL mobile post paid sim with STD facility. On discontinuation, I was supposed to get refund of 2000 rs. I had changed my address of communication and submitted a 'change of address' request personally to BPL office. For one year I have not recieved any refund, on enquiry they say they have send draft to old address. The draft was handed to some unknown person as the signature on recieved receipt are not mine. No one is doing anything about this at BPL office. Although thedraft has not been encashed, they refuse to issue a new draft. This is sheer carelessness on part of BPL mobile. They try to fool customers into making money transfer and after the transfer is done they go into hiding. They make excuses to give the promised referal bonus.
