Orange.fr have now blocked my email address after I was the victim of scammers using my address as the return path for scam mails. MY ADVISE IS "NEVER USE EUROPCAR HIRE" !! I prebooked a car several months in advance at a cost of 302 euro's including damage waiver. When I arrived at eurocar's desk at Marsielle airport I was told I should pay for excess insurance which I agreed assuming it would be a fraction of the cost. I booked a holiday to Corsica with Airlinair from Bezier in South West France to Bastia in Corsica on the 28th June and returning on the 5th July 2008. The airline turned up one hour late from Bezier but we got off the ground and made it to Bastia an hour late. I have a lot of problems with Orange Broadband taking money out of my account and charging me large amounts of money for services I have not received and refusing the put the money back. I have tried to contact them for 6 months telling them that they are making mistakes with my account but nothing seems to be done and the money is not put back. Visited the Suite Hotel in Rouen in March 2007 with my 83 yo grandparents. When we arrived the hotel wasn't finished there was no parking, even though the website boasted secure on site parking. The best that accor could offer was another of their chain of hotels for £300 extra! I recently subscribed to Norton Confidential which has just complicated my life. It is idiotic, never bears in mind earlier instructions and just gives me grief. In addition, I have been trying to do a full system scan and it just blocks after scanning 20 files. And this goes on for hours and hours. On my first use of the service hotels.com I noticed that the page for credit card transactions is not secured. So when I called to make my reservation, I guess I was supposed to read all the disclaimers on the website first, which like an idiot I did not so I was extremely surprised when making the reservation that money had to be paid that very moment.
