I am complaining about a u - joint I bought at the Canadian Tire Store in Gander, NL . There was no notice on the door coming in that they do not take items back without a receipt . I singed up for a free trial of acai berry and life cleanse, I was then charged $au146.54 for each (a total of $293.08). 9 days later I was charged a further $au145.88. I called to cancel and so far no further money has been removed from my account. The acai berry product is not what it claims to be. It contains high levels of caffine. One further complaint I have is that there is a direct link to this scam at the bottom of the complaints page. I think this is defeating the purpose of the complaints process. I couldn't get on the site to tell them that I wanted to cancel and not have anything put on my credit card. They will not honor their member agreement with me. In fact the bank manager told me that the member agreement did not apply to my account.
