I placed and order and the order was not delivered for 2 months upon receipt of the order I called to return it since it was nothing like the scent that was supposed to be duplicated. In fact it smelled like they put soap in water and called it perfume. They refused to return my money as they said that I was outside of the 30 days. They pretty much tell you that you will receive what the resort would sell the time share for if you were to buy it direct. I have a major complaint with all commercials. I am sick and tired of loud commercials. These commercials are so annoying that I am not and will never be interested in purchasing any of the products shown. Make sure you thoroughly read your contract with these people before signing. I signed a 3 year contract with them, and after the 3 year term ended, I called to cancel services. They told me the contract was 3-year retroactive, which the representative failed to tell me, and that if I wanted to cancel services, I should have sent them a certified letter, in the mail, 1 month prior to my contract end date, which had already passed. I purchased a maintenance agreement for my dryer and washing machine and both have had maintenance issues. The washing machine has been down going on four weeks, but as soon as they have replaced ALL the working parts it should work. The major problem is parts, the service center does not carry parts and has to order each part weekly rather than have all the parts on hand. This causes waste and abuse when a technician has to make 4 trips to replace two parts. They only come on Thursdays, if the part arrives.
