Received an email offering a free trial of slim shake if I paid for postage (4.95). There is a large button located in the center of the website page to accept the free trial offer. I thought I was accepting the trial offer but afterward was billed 88.97. Once you press the trial offer button you are taken to a second page with no other terms listed. Yuk Communications is the most incompetent company i have ever dealt with in my life. I ordered their home phone service on july 18 and canceled on july 28 because they did not send any technician after asking for one 3 times! Hi I applied for a loan modification back in July 2008. It took them 3 months to contact me after calling them serveral times. In October 2008 I was in the middle of doing a loan modification. In November 2008 I found out that the person I was dealing with was laid off & my file was never completed. This is not fair. I need this loan modification. Mrs. Thakran is a very negligent person. She is a person who cares more about getting as many patients in as possible rather than taking her time to adequately address the needs of every patient. I love the manager of this Dunkin Donuts!! She if very sweet!! The donuts and coffee are always very fresh!! The place is always very clean, and all the employees are clean and nice when I go there!! BUT for about 2 weeks in the month of January 2009 she was working without heat...it was in the teens temperture wise. The police department even reported this information for her. I have done my own oil changes on my Honda Civic for a while but i just recently moved into an apartment and no longer have a work space to do it on my own any more.
