Auto 66-Mihailovich
Robert (Bob) Mihailovich - convinced a an unexpecting person to wire over $300, 000 of life savings that was in an IRA and to be invested in car loan notes at Auto 66. Even a personal promissory/guarantee was given by Bob Mihailovich, because this was a "for sure" thing. He then disapeared to Federal Prison for over a year and will not answer any questions as to where the money is. He doesn't show any assets in his name - however has two houses, land in Maryland and several Mercedes...that his sons' own (yeah! right) Currenly his name pops up under a company called Growth Capital Managment, LLC out of Dallas, Tx. Proflowers -- Easy Saver
My wife made two purchases recently at www.proflowers.com. Our credit card statement shows a $1.95 charge from Easy Savers. An email from proflowers.com indicates that my wife signed up for some sort of service during the checkout phase and that's what the charge is for. One problem is that who would remember exactly what they may or may hot have accidentally signed up for a month ago... We can cancel but the $1.95 is lost. Office Depot Store in Huntington Beach - CA
I bought a battery office clock at Office Depot and after two weeks, Office Depot reduced the price on the same clock that I bought.
I asked store Manager for price match, but he refused by telling me Office Depot will not do price match after two weeks !
I told him that office clock is not computer memory or hard drive and I asked for OD policies but he didn't do price match for me.
I like to buy stuffs at Office Depot but the thing that disappoint me most is OD manager's services and his attitudes.

Easy Forex
I joined easy forex and was asked to deposit 200 gbp.
Things so decided were not going well so decided to withdaw my remaining 165 remaining pounds.
I was informed I needed to email them copies of various documents including my passport and credit card ( both sides )
This seemed a little dubious so declined.

I have been receiving emails from a James oka something. He has been keeping in touch with me. He has also sent me a copy of a check that I would be receivng and wanted me to make sure I have this copy to identify the real one once I have received it. He stated that once I have received the copy I was to get intouch with this insurance company call standard insurance so I can make sure the check was insured. Macy's Credit Care
To reduce the amount of mail, I signed up for electronic statements. I have not made a purchase for some time now therefore I am paying on an outstanding balance that really should not be increasing.
This evening I went on line to pay my bill and it was at this time I noticed the payment date had changed and the last payment I made, that I paid in person and thought was on time, was recorded as late, resulting in an additional $29.00 late fee. company billed for cleaning a clogged drain. Not only Company charged a huge amount for about 10 minutes work, $225.00, but they add $15.00 as an environmental fee.
There was no spillage of dirt and no collection of any residue by company and there was no reference to any formal law or document regarding such fee.
It looks like quite unjustified. Can you help?

This company has charged my credit card for $89.31 for charges I did not authorize. I did sign up for a sample of Acai Berry to be sent to me for which I paid charges and shipping. Now I am charged this extra amount unauthorized. There may have been more of them - I will have to look at past statements and will try to get the charge refunded. I see this has happened to others. Megabus-Milwaukee
On 1-4-09 our son had a reservation to take the Megabus from Milwaukee to Minneapolis. When the bus arrived, the driver got off and said he could not take any more luggage, he said he did not have room. After arguing with waiting passengers (mostly college-age students & parents) for about 15-20 minutes he supposedly called his dispatcher. He claimed another bus was on its way and then he left, stranding about 15 customers in a parking lot in the cold. I requested free samples of the Acai Berry and ColonMed 700 from their internet sites and, instead, received full bottles of each and was charged two seperate charges of $88.97 and $87.13. Because I thought this money was in my checking account, I bounced 3 checks and was charged an additional $66 from my bank! DON'T EVER REQUEST FREE SAMPLES OF ANYTHING ON LINE!!! They give you one cell phone with address trace for that amount and unlimited access for a year. The trace gave me wrong information, and the unlimited access directed you to other (free ) websites. I agree with the term to receive FREE Acai slim and Bromolite (just paying the S/H fees), I received the products and also received Cancellation number as I called to cancel. I just check my Credit Card Bill and I was charged TWICE on the same day ($25.60 Cdn) for a product that I NEVER HEARD of.

I went in for a simple vasectomy and this monster damaged my left testicle. Its been almost two years and I've had to have three more surgeries, by a better doctor, to help me get to a pain level I can deal with. His practice, Northeast Urology, is horrible. The staff is rude the exame rooms are filthy and this doctor was just a plain ***. I do not regret having a vasectomy and I was not made by my wife to have one. I got a Nokia E65 on contract from the 3 Store about a year ago. I did not buy anything from these dam people. It should be against the law for these people to do this shit. If it sounds like I am pissed I am.
