Must say that this is a scam. The game is give a low price and delay your shipment. When you call they quickly try to sell you more add ons and refuse to give you the product at the listed price. I wish I had read all the negative reviews BEFORE placing an order. On Oct. 26 I ordered a PS2 Slim flip-top and Magic Swap combo, along with the Breaker Pro disc, and it's been two months since then and I've received nothing. Sadly, I did not look for reviews before placing my order. This website is a scam. I waited three weeks for my order and after it didn't come i contacted them multiple times and got no response. I then had to go to my bank to cancel my credit/debit card and while doing so it was brought to my attention that they had charged me twice, the last one 2 weeks after placing the order. who knows if they would have kept charging me if i did not cancel my card. now i am left with no card for at least a month until the investigation is over with. a huge hassle to save a few bucks on discounted items. be careful and stay away from them!!! read full review »

I ordered over the phone after customizing online (I did this to avoid using my credit card online along with having the chance to question the sales person about their company). Complete scam. I ordered a copy of Gears of War 2 LE on 10/10/2008. The game was released on 11/7. On 11/11, their site said "Out of stock". When I called customer support, they said they ran out of stock. On 15 December 2008 I tried to book a business trip from Denver Colorado to Manchester New Hampshire, round trip. I went to the Yahoo Travel web site and was unable to confirm purchasing the ticket because I had no password. I canceled all the input and went to Expedia and booked the trip. I worked for this company for a short time as a loan officer. After I left they failed to pay me my commissions. I had to go through arbitration where the company stonewalled the process refusing to respond to emails or phone calls from the arbitration company. I was finally awarded a judgement of $7200.
