To dispute this 80% of homeowners must attend a meeting scheduled for December 1, 2008 at 2:00pm. First, our board is making poor choices. We are the number one state in foreclosures. We regularly get no mail delivery to our neighborhood. We had none on Tues, Nov 11 because it was a holiday, then we had none delivered on Wed, Nov 12 either! The box is right outside our condo unit, so I could watch other residents leave with no mail after checking their boxes, too. This has happened several times. Perhaps our condo unit mailbox is at the end of the route, but we deserve our mail regardless!! I have gone to the place in Denver and have never been so upset. Initially I was told by Testing & Careers w/ US, Inc. after I contacted them that purchasing their manual in advance of scheduling the USPS exam was necessary. Of course they deducted the $129.90 from my account the same day I ordered it. I purchased a supposed AKC Champion Lines Labrador Retriever. Breeder, Tricia Millner promised to send registration forms in the mail. She said she had 5 litters at the same time. So far, no registration papers so I paid $800 for a mongrel. Not fair to the dog, me, or any of the other people she has done this to. Like thousands of others in a slow market, I was sucked in by this lead system at the amount of $3950. I'm embarrassed to admit that but if it will keep someone from doing the same thing, I guess it's worth it. What really makes me speak up is that it is still going on. Now they want another $500 and another contractor on 11/12/08 (One Source IT Group) claiming they have been hired to "fix things" wants $149/month. I have called few times in last 6 month to ADP Section 125 account support # 1-800-654-6695. Everytime except once, i am connected to their customer support office in India. Normally the call centers in Indian are pretty good. But there is something wrong with this ADP Center. These guys don't understand what your situation is or the problem you are facing. I have a court judgement on my credit report that was paid in 2007, i tried to dispute it because it says that i owe it on my credit report, but MRC must have lied and verified that it was correct. when i know for fact that the account was paid in February 2007, because it had to be paid in order for me to get my drivers license back. MB XL Ent fraudulantly processed an electronic check using my bank account routing number and checking acocunt number through Bank of America. My Bank of America Check Fraud Department was very helpful and removed the charge and then I was advised to place a security block on my account until all charges have cleared and then close my account and open a new account. I was also told that if I chose not to place the security block, that the bank would not be responsible for any other unauthorized charges. After 2 days of trying to obtain the code from Secure Tactics to make the program run, I told Secure Tactics I was no longer interested in the product and to refund my money. Secure Tactics charged my account twice and refuses to provide me with a refund or a phone number to call and clear up this matter. I have sent repeated emails. Alex at Secure Tactics keeps telling me to reinstall the program.
