A B A PLumbing and Heating
ABA Plumbing is company owned by a single man (Mazen Hashem). We called the plumber to fix the plugged toilet. He didn't get the problem fixed and left our place. He charged us extra for the work he didn't do. He simply told us to pour bleach in the toilet and that will solve the problem. That's totally a lie. We called him up after to address the issue but he kept hanging up the phone and swore to us.
I checked with BBB and there were 3 complaints against the company last year. Based on BBB's files, ABA PLumbing and Heating has an unsatisfactory record. Here is more info about the company. read full review »
Injuried Puppy
Pets smart groomer dislocated my 6month old toy poodle's left shoulder and pulled ligaments. Maggie has been in body case for 7 days. Today she is now limping a week after body case removed. Vet has stated our puppy will now live with this injury for the rest of her life. She limps always and tires easy. My husband and I are retired and are just devastated by what has happened to our baby. We have let everyone we know what has happened here, everyone is so angry to hear Pets Smart would do something to hurt such a tiny little dog. We have availed car OD facility with ICICI Bank, Mylapore, CHennai, Tamilnadu, India. The account reviwed only for two consiquent years only and the same not renewed for third year.
The OD outstanding call for immediat payment. Requested for renewal for reduced limit as applicable. But denied. Due to financial constrain the payment in the account delaied. ICICIBank offered an option for payment the out standin in 12/24 monthly nstalments. We pleaded for 15 monthly instalment and requested for instalment details. No information received. In Oct.07 I called Vonage to set up online calling. They set me up with an accnt. Then they told me i need a high speed internet. I told them I do not nor can not get high speed Internet out here in the forest of Mendocino so cancel the account, don't set it up. They said ok. They hooked me up anyway. In Nov. I went to Belize. Before I left I payed off my credit card. Now Vonage started billing my credit card, for for months. I tryed to cancel it 3 times with no results. Unauthorized usage of my debit card after i had cancelled the order of a stupid CD. i have since gotten an overdraft on my account because i was supposed to have money in there, but they took it without my permission. Four times, ($9.95; $7.95; $9.95; $7.95) so therfore, i am out alot of money. and also $40.00 in overdraft charges.I want it back including overdraft charges. I purchased a spa package from them in Marck 2008. Package was good for a body care visit, hair care visit, skin care visit & nail care visit. After just two visits they tell me they will no longer honor the package. I want a refund and they tell me to call your 800-775-1975 number. I have a problem with fraud. On January 28, 2007, this company took $216.80 from my PayPal account. Although the email uses the NetStoreUSA name, they cash they checks with the DirectDiscountUS name.
(They sent me an email receipt for $209.85 and called the order "pending" although they had taken my money.
My order # 13734..
It looks like someone's still in "business" there because I got a new password when I forgot my old one. But that could be anything...

I would like to draw your attention to what seems to be a blatant fault admitted by this company “the invoice was correct at the time of payment; this is simply a glitch in our software”. That they refuse to refund such a paltry sum is beside the point. As they freely point out that “this is simply a glitch in our software” means that this happens to all their customers bills.

A customer claimed to have never received a refund check. We stopped payment (Wells Fargo Check) but the check was cashed at a Nevada Walmart (superstore in Henderson). If Walmart/Certegy had checked with Wells Fargo, they would have quickly determined that a stop had been placed on the check. We are now flagged in the Certegy system and denied credit card and check payment services with vendors which use Certegy because someone did not verify that the check was still active.

Beware of this company. In the beginning it seems wonderful: it employs immigrants and those with little or no Canadian work experience. The reason behind this is that the owner gets to pay the unsuspecting and uncomplaining poor patsy the lowest possible hourly wage.
There have also been instances wherein the company would withhold salaries for months, and even when the manager had already deposited money to an employee's bank account, he would and could also take it back. I'm speechless.

CANCELLED VIRUS PROTECTION IN OCT 2007. THIS COMPANY KEEPS BILLING MY CREDIT CARD AND I CANNOT GET IT REMOVED.

Dear Sirs,
I had purchased an O2 phone from India and, to my horror, it conked off within 10 days. Such a poor telephone instrument was never expected from o2 mgw company.
The service centre informed me that the mother board of the instrument had been spoilt and that it would replace the same and give me the phone. But I refuse to take the same instrument back. I did not pay Rs. 22, 250 for your phone to get a piece which would need repairs merely after 10 days.

My wife singed up for a program and cancelled it on the 8th day and was given 3 confirmation numbers. I noticed after four months that there was a $33.87 charge on the 26th of every month from November 07 thru Feb 08. Home Depot/ Maytage dishwasher
My maytag door doesn't go all the way down. Model number MDBH955AWS. A&E service has been out to my house many times. One tech said that the door isn't suppose to go all the way down. I have had other dishwashers where the door goes all the way down.
I called Maytag and they said that A&E service wrote that my dishwasher was fine. This is not true. I would like a new dishwasher.
A&E has been to my house for repairs since I bought my dishwasher in March.

I always pay my bills on time. This months bill was estimated, so they say. I called and shceduled for them to come out and check the gas meter for Saturday 3/29/2008 between 7am and 12 Pm. They never showed. Spoke with manager Sharon Hampton, she rescheduled for Thursday 5/3/2008 after 5 pm. I took the evening off from work for that day. PSEG - Public Service Gas & Electric - NJ
This is a monopoly at its best. They charge a delivery and supply charge for delivering gas and electric services to customers. Get this, the delivery charge is 1/2 the amount of the supply!
What other way can one get gas and electricity delivered EXCEPT via their network. If I could pick it up in my truck, I would.
And this is done with the blessings of the Public Board of Utilities, the entity in charge of policing them.

I purchased 2 Cell phone contracts from Cell C at Canal Walk ± 4 months ago and during the first day I experienced some problem with the phone, Samsung E250 - I was then told by one of the agents, actually by the manager as well that it's not the problem anymore ... They told me they might take it in, unfortunately can't replace it but will send it in for repairs it will take up to about 8 weeks ... might even take 3months. I never authorized your company to withhold any money from my checking account. I don't how you could do this without contacting me first. You sent my bank a withholding form for 31.98 which I know i did not authorize. now there will be an overdraft charge also whioch i'm unhappy about.

Limosine Service
I rented a stretch limo as a surprise for my husband's 50th. We paid for a "meet and great" at the airport. They showed up over 1/2 hour late w/out any phone calls, I called them repeatedly.
I ordered 3- 12 packs of beer for the group and the driver took one and charged me for all of them.
The limo was filthy, looked like it had not been vacuumed in months, the partition did not work, radio and CD broken, they did not supply any cups, ice etc.
