Their business plan is obviously designed to suck people in on a low-priced item and then require them to call in for "verification of purchase". My dog was boarded at Brea, CA PetsMart for a couple days while I went away with my husband for his birthday. Second day we were gone we received a call about our dog. He was injured during play time, and it was not an emergency. When we went to get him, he could not walk on his hind right leg, the vet says he has torn is meniscus and possibly has a hip fracture. Never enough Cashiers at the East West Connector Store in Austell Ga. There is never a person supervising front end operations, no sense of urgency. This company is charging me an arm and a leg ($2300.00!) for incomplete and half-ass work. Just looking at the car you can see the back tire is not straight (like it should be) and the shop manager basically told me that it is an optical illusion because the fender is bent. My car almost spun out doing 55 mph yesterday when I used to be able to take it at 70 mph with no problem. I looked at the car myself and saw that the suspension bolts were loose... Almost a total lack of information. A Criminal Check on a convicted Felon/career criminal, checked in states with known convictions, revealed only one arrest. My wife and I had a terrible experience at hairclub. The chemicals used (citric acid) to remove the glue (adhesive) caused more damage. My doctor writes 90day scripts and this saves me money. I had refills sent 12/06/07 and when I received them from UPS I opened the package and knew right away some medicine was missing. I counted the pills, propoxphene, and there were 120 pills and it was suppose to be 180. I was missing 60 pills. This is the third time they have shorted my medicines.
