LS this wonderful nokia is supposed to be shockproof. I' ve dropped it by accident. The result was burst in the carcass, making it impossible to keep the rubber part with the numbers and letters on it in place. I went to Cell Access and they told me I can't get a new carcass. I booked at flight from DTW to LAS for 3 passengers on Spirit. We were at DTW waiting on our flight, when I noticed my brother was nervous as he hadn't flown in 30 years (I fly often, but not on Spirit). So, I asked to upgrade to first class. Joined Peak Fitness on Robinhood Rd. in Winston Salem, NC in November 05 and after 6 months wanted to cancel, but could not according to the contract I had 24 months before I could cancel. Have not used facility for 18 months but had to continue to pay. The room was dirty and had a horrible odor. The bathroom at the airport was cleaner than the bathroom in our room. The shower was rusted and there were bugs in the room. I found a $140 overdraft fee in my checking account on 11/05/2007. There was still $275 in the account when this happened. The resulted in a $265 overdraft fee. I bought a GTX Xpress Cooker, which we paid for in full, I paid extra for a cookbook. This was sent to our Address in North Carolina. We live in Bermuda so we made sure we were at our US address to get shipment. They screwed up the original order. They did one tape right, apologized, then produced faulty DVDs, which I returned with the original tapes for reprocessing. They appear to have lost the precious tapes entrusted to them for transfer of reminiscences by now dead grandparents of what their lives were like and the changes they saw. As big as is the name of the company, as small as its attitude towards customers. I purchase ULIP based life insurance policy in march 07 (no - 0045696230). As I asked for my acc. statement in sep07, I noticed a lot of un-authorised deductions in it. I immediately mailed back the request to explain these deductions.
