I order a cd through our local music dealer to Amazon.com on OCtober the 15th and now its November the 28th and no disc just emails from Amazon.com saying it will be due some day and of corse it never comes. Everything else ordered from there after my order was placed took two weeks to arrive so why hasnt a simple Cd they said was in stock come?. I have had a gutsfull of their excuses and I cant do anything unless they give the music shop their money back. In future I will warn people not go near Amazon as they are unreliable and seem to belive that the customers are a pack of gulible twits. For installation and start demo I have registered a request at call center and fixed up time at 5.30pm on 27 Nov as per convenience of the technician of IFB's outsourced co. M/s Lucky Services. My heat pump was down most of the winter last year. The service tech got it fixed again just before spring. The a/c worked great this summer, but as soon as it got cold enough for the heat, it would not heat again. The service guy replaced a recalled part & it heated for 17 days. I've tried to contact the company, but I have only been able to e-mail them. My service guy can't get any co-operation out of the local rep. On 8/14/07 I called Earthlink to cancel my e-mail account with them. I spoke to someone there who took my information and he gave me a confirmation # of 13069074. In Sept. of 07 I received a bill from Bill Me Later of $21.00. I mailed a denial of payment along with my confirmation number. In November I received a letter stating that Earthlink had denied that I ever canceled. I was told that I must pay the bill.
