Recently booking for refilling LPG cylinder of HP Gas over telebooking line 1716 from my residence has become very difficult. Whenever I try to connect 1716 from my residence I get response "due to some technical problem I am unable to process your request. We apologise for your inconveniance". I was in #7243 i am a hotwheel collector and found a very hard to find car and paid for it, i didn't think it would be that hard to put all my items in the bag since i only had 4 things. My less than two year old printer - purchased in Canada but now inSwitzerland - with a genuine black Epson cartridge T060120 - 3/4 full - does not print correctly even though I cleaned the print head several times. My support request by e-mail to Epson was replied and the reply informed me in detail on HOW TO clean the print head. The gist of the complaint was completely ignored. Insurance policy no:- icici20111 dated 25/10/2007 has not been approved/recieved till date. No response is being provided regarding the same for my free insurance claim provided by hp for 1 year. No support has been provided from hp redemption cell inspite of all the documents via email as well as hardcopies through courier and legal formality for registration of my notebook has been completed. No commitment has been shown by the person incharge. Claim being provided while purchasing the notebook are not been followed after the purchase. Sufficient actions need to be taken. I received a Sweepstakes Bonanza Draw Notification for $49,316.61 in two separate checks. I had to call a phone number and ask for Lydia Collins, who was not there, only a man with a heavy accent. The good news: My Frigidaire sidebyside compressor failed one week before the warranty expired. The bad news: Warranty service is in the hands of A & E Factory Service. I had to wait several days (called Monday morning - appointment was for Thursday 1-5p.m.) before a technician could come out & verify that the compressor was bad.
