Bought new sectional in July 2007. The recliner has broken twice already. The third time they end the part with no technician, then the technician came with out tools. As of this writing it is not fixed. The worst problem is the cushions from the sleeper side of the sectional comes out after sitting on it for 2 minuts. I placed a layaway in the store on Oct 1, 2007 when Kmart started the $1 layaway and when I received my contract I told the sales person that I would not get paid on the exact payment due date she said oh they wont put it back for just a couple of days. What a scam! First they apologize for charging twice on the initial cost (I remember it as about $7). They told me to keep the second delivery free. This caught me off-guard for a charge 3 weeks later for $69.95. This was a promotional for free Skype calls. I've notified Skype to make sure they drop Tricler, called Tricler at 800- 494-7260 and e-mailed them at [email protected]. I recently charged my Reliance India acoount for $ 20. Instead of crediting $20. they credited me for $ 14 and sent me a movie gift coupon which I didn't requst. I called their customer service with no response, I also sent a written complaint with no action taken so far. All I want them to credit my account $ 6 and not to promote any products while I am recharging my account. I just got off the phone with Macy's Credit Customer service. I called because I had a perfectly proper $120 charge on my store card . My bill was due 2 days from today. Payment’s already processing at my bank so they will receive payment on time (like they usually do). I am EXTREMELY disappointed in the quality of Nissan. I bought a certified used 2005 Altima with around 30,000 miles on it. At around 60,000 miles it needed a new transmission. It now needs another transmission only 40,000 miles later. That's 100,000 miles and 2 transmissions. This is NOT the quality car I thought I read about.
