Ordered on 10/01/07. Never received merchandise. All attempts to rectify the matter was met with a run around. I was given a shipping tracking number fro canadapost.ca to track ship and it was invalid. I went several times to their "chatroom" and talked with a Karen, Jen and Maria. Said it was shipped 30 Oct and tho their website said it would take 12 -14 days they changed it to 12-14 days from "shipping date" not order date. Also customer service phone numbers were futile. 93 yo admitted to KP Harbor City via ER. Between the ER and admission, upper plate was lost. Risk Mgt took report. Replacement teeth cost $1295. 93 yo was readmitted with new upper/lower plates. Within 2 days of admission, set was lost, again! Staff cannot explain where teeth are. 93 yo's quality of life greatly reduced by KP's repeated negligence! I am complaining about the Salesmen that came to our Senior Apartments, and lied about prices..also, refer a friend, which means you refer a neighbor, and receive a $25.00 rebate, or something like that, which I did and never received a thing.. While I was away from the city during October 2007, my consumer number was obviously used to supply gas to unauthorized persons. My repeated requests to them to supply gas refill cylinder has resulted in a reply that refill would be supplied immediately, but no supply has taken place inspite of calling them nearly a dozen times. I am a subscriber to Airtel Mobile Service. I use a prepaid card service and my no. is +91999360630. First of all let me tell everyone that Airtel sucks big time. They have no respect for their customers peace. I receive unwanted calls and sms from Airtel at least 10 – 12 in a day and that too at any damn time. Hi, I bought New LG television & home theater from Big bazaar in month of May 2007. I reported 2 problems to them. Firstly, My dvd home theater was not givin 5.1 output and the home theater Remote was non-functional. I purchased a cell phone and accepted the "Device Protection" for $49.99. Come to find out when I tried to make a claim, that this is not insurance from the carrier and in fact a majority of the ways your phone could get lost or damaged are not covered. The real issue is that none of this is explained up front when you make the purchase, it is only referred to under "What Circumstances Are Not Covered" after the fact. Do your research.
