I have booked a flight in domestic airline with my ICICI Bank gold credit card through Ezeego1 using it's online portal (www.ezeego1.com) on 12th Oct 2007. I have called and talked to customer service department and talked to 4 people that I could barely understand in a matter of a week, which one hung up on me when I insisted to talk to a manager or supervisor. I have not seen anything worse than this "Set Top Box of Hathway". Hathway is the most stupid Cable operator service in the world. I activated my Verizon services in MARCH of 2000 and when I received my first bill there were charges on it for chat line fees that incurred in FEBRUARY of 2000. I wasn't even a customer then! We purchased a tv from HH Gregg (90 days same as cash) on our HH Gregg credit card and changed our billing address at the store. This change was apparently not related to ge money bank who said it was our responsibility to change it through them. My experience with Sears has been absolutely atrocious. We have a Kenmore top of the line dryer we purchased at Sears and one of the MOST important features does not work. We have been complaining about this since we bought it. To compound the problem the service program has a very un-friendly customer service policy.
