Neeta travels is the most unethical travel agency in operations right now. I had a flight on the Nov 3th 07 from Dubai to New york jfk in Emirate airline. i had the worst customer service. a supervisor name Ghulam who worked that night at the luggage and checking passports was very unpleasant, very mean and unhelpful. He treated me like nothing. I was disappointed from Emirate airline. I had a lock placed in the front door of my apartment by this company and I was charged 360. Four days later I was locked out of my apartment because the new lock was malfunctioning. I was informed on one of my calls to inkjet that my cartridges had to be returned to the manufacturer because of quality control problems, and that I told receive them. I would strongly advise against using this company. We booked car hire through Carjet and were allocated this rental company. On arrival at Palma airport we were told that the car wasn't available, even though we had booked in advance and notified the company of our flight details. I bought fujifilm f420 in Malaysia, it was product that made in japan. The camera has very bad AAA battery performance (1 shot with flash - alkaline batt / 15 shot with flash - 750mah Nimh) and slow charging of flash for following shot. I bought this Microwave Oven along with extended Warranty last October. It is broken in August 2007. I called them immediately and they said some one will call and schedule an appointment to get it repaired but no one called. This company, based in Needham, Massachusetts, promises to be the "small job specialist" and offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. My experience was that they do not follow through on either. I just agreed by customer care for taking personal loan on card, but the trap was started by taking loan... the charges levied on me form the phone call end and the amount I got after after 35 days of call.
