Ebay should prohibit the selling of gift cards regardless of how they are obtained. I work at a retail company and know that when customers return items without a receipt they get a store credit. But with our company, we use plastic cards that don't say store credit but they say gift card. We have dishonest customers who steal for a living just to return items and get store credit to sell on Ebay. Over the past 15 years I have purchased 2 vacuum cleaners from this store. I visited the store recently to purchase vacuum bags and was looking at the new Sebo upright vacuum. The owner offered to let me take the vacuum home and try it. I did take it home and returned it the following day. I decided against the purchase of the vacuum since it was not easy to use for edge cleaning or under furniture. PeoplePC.com is an internet provider and has recently purchased allvantage.com. I used allvantage for several years without one complaint, in the last few months people pc has taken over and they are a nightmare to deal with. When you call they can never pull your account up and then their information and yours will differ. This is regarding Airtel - Kolkata region, where i have faced a peculiar problem with them. My card is life time card and without my knowledge they used to deduct from my prepaid account rs.15/- every month for mci. When took the matter with customer care, nodal officer they will apologies and say this will not happen next time. I found out that there were 3 charges in my bank account that I did not authorize. I called the number that the bank provided me and they said that I gave my credit card. I purchased a top of the line washer and dryer in September 2006 along with a 5 year protection plan. I called Sears to set up an appointment for a technician to repair my washer as when I press the on button the machine does not power up. My husband and I checked the outlet to be sure it is live and it is, therefore the problem lies within the washer. I was told that it would be a full week before a tech could check it out. Memphis OB-GYN this group overbooks something fierce. You typically get in no less than one hour after your appt. Once in, the nurse takes your stats and tells you there is no available room and you are left to go back out in the waiting room yet again to wait even longer. I had charges on my acct from these frauds. I called my bank, spoke w/branch manager and was advised to call each one & demand refunds. I have received 2 refunds from the 1st two criminals, still playing the game with the other. Bank manager has put my bank card into investigation. It is now labeled a HOT card. IF any other company tries to put any type of charges on this card it will lead to that company or operator of the system to be charged with fraud and thats a federal offense as we all know. When I moved to Columbia, MO I was pitched (and bit) DSL Internet service from Verizon. I was assured it was available in my area. When Verizon came out to install, I was informed that we were nowhere near close enough to the nearest switch box (or whatever node or hub in the city) to hook us up. No DSL service available, even though they double checked my address twice in the six weeks after I first called them. No service. I have not been able to access my Real Arcade Game Pass account in about 4 months. I have tried several times, but had no success of opening up the site. Please stop monthly debits to my checking account. I have been in touch with my bank who told me to inform you of my intention to stop monthly payments on gamepass. I have a serious concern on the amount of plastic used by these vendors for packing their products. I stay in Pune, Maharashtra. Recently I visited the new retail shop "More" which is franchise outlet. I saw that they pack each an every vegetable in a different polythene, take a plastic sticker for the weight and bar code information and stick it on the plastic. They start at about 8:00 AM, and call continuously all day - until about 8:00 PM. Calls from 5 to 30 minutes apart. It's very frustrating. I have a HDFC International Gold Card and needed a personal loan against my card. Since I used the full credit limit of my card, I had to pay 25% of my credit limit in order to get my loan sanctioned. After the payment I called the credit department to send me an up to date card statement as needed for the loan. But the personnel (Preeti Sengupta) told flat on my face that there is nothing that she could help me with before my next statement date, which was another 25 days later.
