I have done a photography of my own & got hard copies of Passport size Photograph & stamp size photograph from Fotofast Express, Sukhwani Chambers, Station Road, Pimpri, Pune - 18. I asked them to give a soft copy of the my photograph in my own CD. They asked me extra charges of Rs.10 for giving the soft copy of the photograph in CD (Transferring from computer to CD)which is totally wrong/cheating when I am taking the hard copies of the same. On 9-21-06 I was changing the transmission oil in my 2005 Harley Davidson motorcycle. While reinstalling the drain plug, a piece of the aluminum casting fell off. The plug showed no sign of being forced and it was not cross threaded. The plug was being hand threaded; absolutely no pressure was being put on the plug. This call comes from the Citibank new card accounts department. These people have called me almost daily, at 2-3 hour intervals, never leaving a message identifying who they are. They stay on the line long enough for the answering machine to make its statement and hang up 2-3 seconds afterward causing my machine to register a message.
