I am having a connection with bsnl under excel anant scheme. I had to recharge my mobile account by 12th march 2007 to keep my connection/sim activated. During this period a special scheme was in effect, wherein i got grace period to recharge. I recharged during that grace period on 16th march 2007 and my sim was again became operative, but the company had removed my previous balance of rs.700/- plus. On 03/04/07 after a hectic day of moving our family decided to go out for dinner. We had to wait to be served after others who showed up after us were already served. They ran out of requested items on their menu, and we got yelled at and put down by a manager. I will no longer frequent any tgi fridays due to the fact that their manager does not have any customer service skills -we did not even have a large party there were 6 of us and two of them were children. I just want to take a moment to warn anyone against taking a job at The Country Club of Virginia. They do not take care of employees as they claim. In fact, employees will be put in danger if it makes the members happy. Buildings with ceilings about to cave in are where tools are kept. Superintendents will send out employees in lightening storms to mow greens before a tournament and pay raises are a joke. The employee turnover rate is phenomenal. I purchased property in the year 2000, that I was told was in the city limits, I was also told the city had two and a half years to provide service or the property would be deannexed. I have talked to the city manager/chief of police Mr Sam Kittrel and the response I get is we will look into it. I had a$1.92 charge from a previous charge one month that I didn't realize was a left over balance from a payment that I thought was paid off. This loan has been missing a payment that needs to be credited since 10/06 when taken over from GMAC.
