I ordered a mattress and box spring from the Westin at Home online website (the Heavenly Bed Ensamble). The Westin contracted with this company to deliver the mattress and boxspring. During delivery the company damaged a light fixture in the stairway of my house. The company refuses to fix the damaged light stating that because it was a difficult delivery they are not responsible for any damage caused. GNC cannot accept non-US billing addresses, even though the order is being SHIPPED to the U.S. After explaining the situation to their Customer Service rep, I was rudely told they don't want my internet business, and just shop in Canadian GNC stores (many products are NOT available there!). I ordered two rings from them which they sent by UPS and required an adult signature. I work so I signed the card for delivery including a copy of my drivers license indicating I am an adult (55 yrs old) but they still would not leave the packages.
