This is an addendum to my earlier complaint about Comcast phone service in Montgomery County, Maryland. Since I recorded that complaint, problems have worsened. Comcast has scheduled and failed to keep two appointments, trapping me at home for six hours, to no avail. I am writing this letter in response to Avon's irresponsible mismanagement of my account. I joined Avon in Nov 2001, due to the persuasion of the team manager that since I ordered a fair amount each month I may as well get my discount. ATT Worldnet notified me by mail that ISP (Internet Service Provider) service for all of Puerto Rico (where I live) would be discontinued in Jan 2002. I called the company to cancel my account and ask for a referral to another ISP service. I am filing a complaint against the following roofer because of the death traps he and his roofers created. Arnold Check (CFT Enterprises) and his roofers created many hidden problems. The most dangerous were the creation of large holes in the wood sheathing that were hidden by covering them over with shingles. When I joined wow, I signed a contract and agreed to make payments to ABC financial because that was the company that wow chose to collect membership dues through. Over the christmas period I decided to rent a vehicle to visit my family in Scotland so I picked up the yellow pages and rang few companies to get a quotation, the best offer I recieved was from eurodrive. The offer was 12 days hire for f160.00 all inclusive so I went a head and booked the car for Christmas eve. This company sends fax listings of vacation package deals. Takes your money and sends nice brochures. But when it's time to arrange a stay, they are non-responsive, they ID your incoming phone calls, and then do not answer your calls. The secretary takes messages, but no one calls us back. We lost $500.00 in purchasing a package and could never get an answer back from an employee. Adams Development Group represented by Gary Bruce Crum contracted to build a new home for us in Butler County, PA in April 2000. I received the worst service and treatment (twice!) I have ever received when I walked into this upholstery and fabric store in the upscale town of Darien, CT. $ 99.00 was withdrew from my Banco Popular account on December 18, 2009 using check number 14334 I never authorized Banco Popular (my Bank) or Platinum Online Group to withdraw money from my account. I currently pay over 30$ a month for Payment Mortgage Insurance for a home loan that was 80,000 at time of loan. When I was closing on loan, loan officer said "PMI will be removed when remainder of loan is 80% or less of home value." Within 2 years, the value of house had exceeded that amount. Nuera Telecom is a complete ripoff. I was totally lied into the service. At first i was told no monthly fee and $0.05 calling per minute to Pakistan and India. Guess what? I tried calling Pakistan and India for 4 days and never got thru. And i found out i was charged $34.95 on a monthly basis. Then i called Nuera Telecom customer service line and all of the sudden THEY DONT SPEAK ENGLISH! I flew with Iberia Airlines from New York to Madrid and to Istanbul, round trip. Overall, I had great experience with Iberia; the service was outstanding, there were no major delays, the personnel were helpful and the food was great. After 12+ years as a loyal customer and approx. 60+ flights with Cathay, I am unhappily report that they have totally lost the plot re: the condition of their aircraft, management and service. I just arrived back from a Business Class flight Sydney Hong Kong return for which I paid $7467 AUD. Scott's products for sale at places like Home Depot are fine, but avoid the fertilizing lawn service unless you want to get trapped into it like a bad cell phone company! We signed up for the service for the summer, and I was very clear with the sales person that I only wanted to try it for the summer.
